From the 9th to the 11th of September, our National Coordinators and Committee Chairs participated in a training course aimed at developing the leaders who have a significant effect on the operation and functioning of our association. Creating and running the course was coordinated by our partner - PZU Group. The participants took part in training regarding PR, as well as marketing, leadership, crisis management and how to raise funds. They had the opportunity to meet experienced people, exchange views, experience, and above all else to train in multiple useful fields, which will help them during their mandate. They left Warsaw full of motivation, a desire to work and a bag full of help. The training course can definitely be counted as one of the most valuable.
