Extraordinary Council of Local Delegates isn't a constitutional meeting of ESN Poland, it was called, because the National Representative had quit her post. The section from Warsaw University of Technology volunteered to organise the meeting, which took place on the 2nd of February. Three candidates, the representatives of ESN UE Katowice, ESN US Szczecin and ESN UEK, stood for the post. After many hours of questions and deliberation the delgates made their choice and Magdalena Włodarska (ESN UEK) has become the new board member of ESN Poland!
