The Board of ESN Poland is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Federation and representing ESN Poland externally. The Board also defines the strategic direction of the Organisation and ensures its effective implementation.
The Board consists of at least three members, including the President and the Treasurer. During the elective National Assembly, a resolution may also be adopted to appoint additional positions, such as Vice President, Project Manager and Communication Manager.
The Board's activities are focused on achieving the Federation’s objectives.
